Welcome to the Sugar Mill Association, Inc. (SMA) website. Within the website you can learn about the Sugar Mill community and the Association to which residents belong. Pictures of Sugar Mill will give you a view of the lovely and inviting appearance of the area.
The basic structure of the SMA was established in 1974 and was incorporated in 1980 as a not-for-profit Florida corporation.
The SMA has two primary documents that govern its operations and activities: SMA By-Laws and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (DCC&Rs).
The By-Laws set forth the operating procedures of the Association, including procedural items such as Board of Director elections, whereas the DCC&Rs address the "do's and don'ts" of Sugar Mill Country Club & Estates property ownership.

SECURITY REMINDER
Please remember to keep your garage door closed except when you are actually in the garage. While we encourage you to not leave vehicles parked outside overnight, if you do, be sure the doors are locked, there are no valuable in sight and you keep the keys in the house. Our night-time Security Rover looks for garage doors that are open after 10pm. and if yours is, don't be upset when you get a call at 2AM advising you that your garage door is open.
