Sugar Mill is located 10 miles south of Daytona Beach and includes over 800 single-family homes and townhomes within a deed-restricted, gated community. Members enjoy the natural beauty of our mature oak trees and well-maintained neighborhoods.

 

Our association is governed by an elected Board of Directors that works to address member needs and maintain community standards. Board members volunteer their time and bring diverse backgrounds to help guide decisions that affect Sugar Mill.
